Applications are invited to apply for the SDUFE Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship 2023 in China. All International Students from all over the world are eligible to apply for Shandong Provincial Government Foreign Student Scholarship. Fully Funded Scholarship is available for Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Degree or PhD Degree in China. Almost all academic fields and majors are offered by SDUFE University under Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship to pursue BS, MS/MPhil or Doctoral degree from China. The scholarship will cover all the expenses to study abroad.
Shandong University of Finance and Economics is one of the participating universities in Shandong Provincial Government Foreign Student Award. You need to submit following document to apply for Shandong Provincial Government Foreign Student Scholarship.
- SDUFE International Students Application Form
- Copy of passport
- Personal bareheaded 2-inch white background photo (JPG format)
- Notarized copy of degree certificate
- Notarized copy of academic transcripts
- Notarized copy of HSK certificate
- Graduates of previous years must submit CV
- Two academic references (reference should be from your current university)
- Personal statement and study plan
- PhD Degree programs applicants should submit:
- Thesis of master degree program or published academic papers（ PhD Degree programs applicants submit only）
Eligibility Criteria:
To eligible for Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship 2020 you need to fulfill following Criteria:
- Applicants must be Non-Chinese nationals (From all over the world).
- Applicants seeking admission to Bachelor’s degree programs must have a diploma of high school and submit the certificate of 240 points or above of HSK4, or certificate of same level of Chinese language.
- Applicants seeking admission to Master’s degree programs must have a Bachelor’s degree and submit the certificate of 240 points or above of HSK5, or certificate of same level of Chinese language .
- Applicants seeking admission to Master’s degree programs with English courses must have a Bachelor’s degree and submit the certificate of IELTS 6.5 or above, or certificate of same level of English language (except for native English speaker).
- Applicants seeking admission to Doctor’s degree programs must have a Master’s degree and submit the certificate of 180 points or above of HSK6, or certificate of same level of Chinese language.
- Applicants seeking admission to Doctor’s degree programs with English courses must have a Master’s degree and submit the certificate of IELTS 6.5 or above, or certificate of same level of English language (except for native English speaker).
- Applicants who would like to participate in Chinese Language programs and other non-diploma programs must be enrolled at a partner university of SDUFE, or be a recent graduate (applying within one year of the graduation date).

Application Deadline:
The last date to apply for Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship is 20th May 2022. Any applications received after this date shall not be considered. Successful applicants will be notified by International Students Office of the University in June 2022.
