i-SEA Fellowship Program 2026 for International Students:
Applications are invited to apply for the i-SEA Fellowship Program 2026 in Singapore. Young student content makers can apply for the fully funded, month-long i-SEA Fellowship 2026 in Singapore. The Center for Information Integrity and the Internet (IN-cube) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), in collaboration with the Temasek Foundation, is organizing the hybrid, one-month, fully funded iSEA Fellowship Program 2026 in Singapore. Forty young, creative students from China, India, and Southeast Asia will be brought together by the program to take part in industry visits, a week-long trip to Singapore, and immersive online masterclasses and mentorship. Online masterclasses, industry visits, mentorship, and a fully funded week in Singapore with workshops and an international hackathon are all included in the program.
Young content makers who are involved in critical discussions about media ethics, information integrity, and the value of storytelling in the AI era are encouraged to apply for the fellowship. Fellows will study misinformation, media ethics, AI in narrative, fact-checking, online harms, and immersive journalism through masterclasses, mentorship, and monthly in-person workshops in Singapore. Fellowship Features:
1. Online master classes
Fellows will participate in three weeks of online seminars covering the following subjects throughout this phase:
- misinformation
- media ethics
- AI literacy,
- fact-checking.
2. Industry Visits
Fellows will tour top media and technology companies during this session.
3. Hackathon
During this stage, fellows will collaborate in groups to create answers to actual information integrity problems while being supervised by well-known professionals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- If applying from outside of Singapore, you must be between the ages of 18 and 25.
- Singaporean candidates may be between the ages of 16 and 25.
- Applicant must be a resident or citizen of China, India, or a Southeast Asian nation that qualifies.
- Applicant must be enrolled in a university, polytechnic, junior college, or other post-secondary school at the moment.
- Applicants must obtain their school’s endorsement or nomination.
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 1,000 social media followers.
- Applicant must maintain a consistent monthly publication schedule.
- Applicant must be active on social media sites like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Applicant must be able to take part in the entire program.
