Eligibility Criteria:

How to Apply for Wuhan University Youth of Excellence Scholarship?

1. Before March 1st, 2026, applicants must register, select the appropriate agency and major, and submit scanned copies of their application materials via the Wuhan University Online Application System for International Students.
2. Please be aware that “Chinese Government Scholarship” is the application item.
3. Pre-admission letters will be sent to applicants who pass all assessments, and Wuhan University will arrange for document review and interviews.
4. After receiving the pre-admission letter, please apply online at the Chinese Government Scholarship System and send in your application materials by March 31, 2026.
5. Kindly choose “Type A” for the scholarship type; 1563 is the agency code.
6. The “Youth of Excellence Scheme of China” is an applicant program.
7. After reviewing candidate papers, the China Scholarship Council (CSC) will set up an expert review.
8. Following the evaluation, CSC will make the final results public.
