This scholarship is applicable to any Master’s degree program offered by the School of Engineering & Technology (SET). SET studies include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Information and Communication Technologies
- Industrial Systems Engineering
- Mechatronics,
- Microelectronics, and more.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for the AIT Alumni Scholarship Fund 2025 in Thailand, international students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- To be considered for the AIT Alumni Scholarship, applicants must be of any country and pursuing a Master’s degree program at AIT’s School of Engineering & Technology.
- Candidates must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 from their previous academic qualifications.
- Applicants must demonstrate English language ability by scoring at least
- 6.0 on the IELTS-Academic test or
- 6.0 on the AIT English Entry Test (EET).
- All applicants must meet AIT’s general admissions entry requirements.
