The Armament and Disarmament Summer School is scheduled for August 25–29, 2025, and will last for five days. Students, academics, policymakers, practitioners, and young professionals are all eligible to participate in the program. About 25 candidates participate in this summer program each year.

- Applicants who have attended Summer School before are ineligible.
- A high level of English language proficiency is required for the program, which will be delivered entirely in English with no chance of interpretation or translation.
- In terms of gender, geographic distribution, and representation across many academic disciplines, the selection committee actively encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion among participants.
- Women, people from underrepresented groups, and applicants from underdeveloped nations are particularly encouraged to apply.
