Benefits of Yeungnam University Scholarship:

• The PSPS General Scholarship at Yeungnam University pays for four semesters’ worth of tuition; however, the living allowance is only valid for a full year.
• All accepted students, according to PSPS, receive its General Scholarship package, which includes a waiver of the entry cost.
• Students must pay for living expenses throughout the remaining semesters; the allowance is valid from March 2027 to February 2028.

Eligibility Criteria:

• You must be proficient in English and hold a recognized bachelor’s degree that is comparable to a four-year Korean degree.
• Neither you nor your parents must be citizens of Korea.
• Prior to attending university, you must have finished 12 years of schooling or its equivalent.
• To finish the program, you must be in good health and fulfill the bachelor’s degree equivalence criteria.
• Before making a payment, ask PSPS to determine whether your three-year degree is equivalent to a four-year degree in Korea.
• IELTS is not the only option; it is just one. IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 4 on the new scale or 71 on the old scale, TOEIC 750, or CEFR B2 are acceptable minimum scores. Test results must be dated by October 30, 2024, at the latest.
• An official university declaration may be submitted in its place by applicants who earned their undergraduate degree in English.
• It is not necessary for applicants from nations where English is the official or native language to submit an English test report. Don’t presume a personal declaration is adequate; instead, use the appropriate evidence approach.

How to Apply for the Yeungnam University Scholarship?

1. Go to the official PSPS website, choose “Admissions,” and then “Apply Here (International Students).” Select your degree and major.
2. Fill out the forms and print them. Before scanning, sign the appropriate fields.
3. The non-refundable application fee is KRW 100,000, or US$80, and you are responsible for paying the bank fees. Follow the current payment guidelines provided by the university. After entrance, the waiver of the admission charge is applicable.
