  2. Applicants learn and look for the study program that fits their interest. List of available programs and the curriculum/courses can be checked at http://uns.id/listofcourses.
  3. Applicants prepare the required documents.
  4. You need to visit the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate General in Your country to request for a recommendation letter, by bringing the following documents: Letter of Offer from UNS, Passport, Graduation certificate, and Academic transcript
  5. Applicants create an admission account at UNS International Admission website.
  6. Applicants fill out their personal information.
  7. Applicants submit all the required documents at the “Upload Document” section.
  8. Applicants print a registration card after submitting the required documents.
  9. Administrative selection will be conducted by the admission committee.
  10. Candidates who pass the administrative selection are eligible for the next selection stages.
  11. The initial interview will be conducted.
  12. Computer based test will be conducted.
  13. The last stage is final interview by department.
  14. Successful candidates will be notified by email, along with the Letter of Acceptance.
  15. Student candidates send confirmation to study at UNS.
  16. UNS applies for study permit and student visa.
  17. Admitted students come to UNS upon receiving notification from UNS.
