The United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and the Chemicals and Waste Youth Platform (CWYP) are pleased to offer up to five fully funded scholarships for young people, students, recent graduates, and professionals in their early careers to take part in an international study program on chemicals and waste management. The Study Programme will offer organized, small-group learning and career development, including a behind-the-scenes view of how the UN in Geneva deals with chemicals and waste, hands-on training with experts, and advice on career options in the UN and international environmental governance after participants gain real experience in live negotiations focused on youth priorities.

The United Nations Institute for Training and Research Chemicals and Waste Management Study Program is a short-term worldwide training program that teaches young professionals how the United Nations manages chemicals, pollutants, and hazardous waste on a global scale.
