The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA), via its Education and Collective Learning Department (ECLD), hosted a virtual information session to discuss its Full Master’s and PhD Scholarships for Academic Year 2026. As interest in the Center’s scholarship programs grows, the annual event aims to guide prospective graduate students and promote opportunities for advanced studies in Southeast Asia, especially for citizens of SEAMEO member nations. The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) recently organized an exciting virtual information session to announce the establishment of its Full MS and PhD Scholarships.
SEARCA highlighted its major thrusts under its 12th Five-Year Development Plan, as well as a description of its scholarship program, in advance of the August 2025 application deadline. Applicants are urged to link their proposed thesis or dissertation subjects with SEARCA’s major thrusts, which include increasing farmer income, improving food security and nutrition, increasing agricultural system climate resilience, and empowering agricultural stakeholders and institutions.
