Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the NVIDIA Graduate Partially funded Fellowship Program 2026, you must:

  • When applying for a PhD, you must have finished your first year of studies.
  • Your major should be
    • computer science,
    • computer engineering,
    • system architecture,
    • electrical engineering, or
    • a related field.
  • You should be actively researching for your PhD thesis.
  • The scholarship requires that you be a full-time PhD student for the whole 2026-2027 academic year (9 months). This means you shouldn’t graduate until May or June 2027.
  • Before beginning your fellowship year, you must be available for a mandatory in-person summer internship.
  • You cannot have an immediate family member who works for NVIDIA.
  • The fellowship payment will be made to your university, not to you.
