Dubai’s flagship event has returned. This time, the focus is on leadership and, most importantly, tech diplomacy. The Summit in Dubai is now accepting applications. This fully funded international youth summit will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from February 11 to 14, 2026. Applications are accepted from candidates worldwide. Additionally, the TOEFL or IELTS is not necessary.
The Summit’s goal is to bring together policymakers, youth leaders, global leaders, and technology leaders to examine the relationship between technology and diplomacy. The seminar will also emphasize how new technologies are changing international cooperation and global governance.
