- An applicant who is already studying at a Latvian HEI should additionally acquire the confirmation letter for the current or chosen academic program before applying for a scholarship.
- The authorized contact person must produce the confirmation letter for the chosen study plan from a Latvian higher education institution.
- A foreign student can obtain a Latvian state scholarship for up to two terms throughout their study.
