Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Kochi University of Technology Special Scholarship Program 2027 in Japan, international students should meet the following eligibility criteria:

How to Apply for the KUT Special Scholarship Program?
- Please use the online form to submit your complete application.
- Applicants are highly urged to submit their online pre-application forms to supervisors at least 8 weeks before the formal application date to allow for approval and document preparation.
- Before submitting a formal application, candidates must obtain approval from a supervisor listed on the SSP Supervisor List.
- Applicants can contact up to two supervisors by completing the Online Pre-Application Form.
- Only if a supervisor decides to proceed can an applicant submit a complete formal application to KUT.
- No supervisor approval means no application.
- Important: If your nominated supervisor does not answer within two weeks, your request will be considered refused.
