Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for the KOICA Scholarship Programs 2025 in South Korea (Fully Funded) for international students, you must follow the following:
- The Scholarship is offered to Citizens of the above-mentioned countries.
- Applicants must be a government officer with an official government nomination.
- Age: Ideally, younger than 40.
- Throughout the program, participants must be in good physical and mental health. Those with impairments who are in excellent health can apply; those who are seriously ill cannot.
- Experience & Education:
- Master’s: Bachelor’s degree, ideally 2+ years relevant experience.
- Doctoral: Master’s degree, ideally 3+ years of experience post-KOICA Master’s (if applicable). Some programs have specific criteria.
- English: Strong speaking and writing skills are needed for the English-taught program.
