Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 for Pakistani Students:
The Applications are invited to apply for Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 in Pakistan. CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship is launched by the Government of Punjab for Pakistani students from low-income families. This is the most prestigious scholarship for students those who want to study in Bachelors Degree. All Pakistani students enrolled in 1st semester/ 1st Year of an Undergraduate Degree program are eligible to apply. This is a Fully Funded Scholarship for academic year of 2025-26. Also apply for 65000 FIFA Volunteer Program 2026 (Fully Funded).
Almost all academic fields and majors are available under Honhaar Scholarship Program and approved by PHEC. Students enrolled in any of the universities are eligible to apply for the scholarship. The scholarship will cover 100% Tuition Fee.
It is the largest ever scholarship program in the history of Punjab. Over 200,00 students every year will benefit from this need-based undergraduate scholarships program in four years. Females are most likely encouraged to apply for this scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Scholarships will be awarded on merit basis.
- Minimum FSc./Intermediate marks:
- Public Sector Universities / Colleges ≥ 70% for Sciences and ≥ 65% for Arts and Social Sciences
- MBBS / BDS (Public Sector Medical and Dental Colleges) (≥ 80%)
- Federal and Private Universities ≥ 70% for Sciences and ≥ 65% for Arts and Social Sciences
- HED Colleges ≥ 65% for Sciences and ≥ 60% for Arts
- Selection of merit criteria will be Matric weightage 30% + Intermediate weightage 70%
