Government of Brunei Darussalam Scholarship 2026 for International Students:

Applications are invited to apply for the Government of Brunei Darussalam Scholarship 2026 in Brunei. This scholarship is available for international applicants who intend to study for bachelor’s, master’s, or diploma degrees abroad. The scholarship is available to candidates worldwide, with the exception of Bruneian citizens. IELTS is not necessary. The Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded program that allows international students to complete postgraduate master’s degrees, undergraduate degrees, and diplomas. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brunei provides funding for the Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship. There are five Bruneian universities that offer the scholarship. These five are Brunei’s ranked universities. The research will start in July or August of 2026. The applicant’s English proficiency will be evaluated during an interview.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, formerly known as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MOFAT), is a cabinet-level ministry in the Bruneian government that is in charge of managing the country’s foreign trade policy, international diplomatic missions, and external relations.
