Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for the Forrest Research Fellowship 2026 in Australia, international students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Have your PhD awarded on or after January 1, 2023, or complete all PhD requirements by December 31, 2025.
- Applicants must intend to stay at Forrest Hall for the duration of the fellowship (with possible exceptions assessed by the Forrest Research Foundation Governors).
- Applicants received and accepted an offer of employment at a university in Western Australia. The Forrest Foundation will handle this contract for the approved applicants.
- Before beginning your appointment, receive your PhD conferral.
Accept the fellowship and begin working at the university within 12 months of being awarded the fellowship.
Agree to provide an annual progress report to the Forrest Research Foundation Director and the Minderoo Foundation.
