Eligibility Criteria for Council of Europe Traineeship:
- Candidates must be at least eighteen years old.
- Candidates must have finished at least three years of college.
- Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or a first-cycle university degree that is equivalent.
- Candidates must possess a strong command of either French or English.
- Candidates must be citizens of a member state of the Council of Europe
- Candidates must not have previously finished a study visit or traineeship program offered by the Council of Europe.
