The Ocean Leaders Fellowship (OLF), created by Sustainable Ocean Alliance in collaboration with Dona Bertarelli Philanthropy, is an annual program that aims to empower the next generation of leaders in ocean conservation and climate change by providing 40 early-career delegates with the essential tactical skills, leadership opportunities, and high-level networks required to advance significant initiatives. In order to enable Fellows to confidently and honorably bridge local knowledge and global decision-making, OLF is meant to foster a sense of belonging, activate collective power, and develop lifetime leadership potential.
