- MANGA Work Entries: These are necessary to enter the Japan International MANGA Award and demonstrate to the judges your creative abilities.
- A medical fitness certificate
Eligibility Criteria:
- Entries must be longer than sixteen pages.
- It is possible to submit both published and unpublished artwork.
- Submissions of already awarded work are not accepted.
- The artwork needs to have been produced in the last three years.
- We won’t accept entries made only with AI or comparable tools.
- Indicate the degree of AI involvement if it is employed.
- Submissions must be made in PDF or print format.
- Only one entry may be submitted by each applicant.
- Japanese nationals are not permitted to apply.
- Submissions must honor other people’s intellectual property rights.
- The applicant’s original artwork should be used.

How to Apply for 19th Japan International MANGA Award?
